(ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for quashing of order dated 29.10.2007 (P-5) passed by Addl.JMIC, Jalandhar whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in FIR No.210 dated 23.06.2003, under Sections 323, 342, 356, 506, 148 and 149 IPC, Police Station Sadar, District Jalandhar.

Heard.

The petitioner is relegated to the trial Court to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in the instant petition with direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial court within one week and shall be released on interim bail on his furnishing adequate bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of trial court, till decision in aforesaid SONIKA 2018.12.06 18:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
