SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Section 483 of BNSS for grant of regular bail in case FIR No.53 dated 06.09.2024 under Sections 21,22,25,27A,29,61 of NDPS Act and Section 25 of Arms Act registered at P.S State Special Operation Cell Amritsar, District Amritsar. Learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to file fresh one with better particulars as certain errors have crept in the pleadings. Prayer is accepted.
