Learned counsel for the petitioner has very fairly stated that there is no more threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioners and more so, as per the status report, the cancellation report has been prepared but the same is pending for fulfilling some requisite formalities. 2.

In light of the above, he prays that the present petition be disposed of with direction to the State Authorities to complete the formalities in a time bound manner so that the litigation could be put to rest. 3.

In light of the above, since, there is no threat perception, the present petition stands disposed of and it is expected from the State Authorities that they shall complete the formalities and file the cancellation report expeditiously, preferably within two months.
