PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case F.I.R. No.15 dated 30.01.2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/465/467 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Phase - I, Mohali, District SAS Nagar.

Custody Certificate of the petitioner has been filed today in Court. The same is taken on record.

Keeping in view the totality of the circumstances, the present petition is disposed off with a direction to the Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same preferably within six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
