This is a petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in a case registered vide F.I.R. No.275 dated 14.11.2014 under Sections 3,4,4A, 3/67of the Gambling Act at Police Station Faridabad NIT, District Faridabad.

Vide order dated 25.2.2015, this Court had granted interim protection to the petitioner.
