(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to take legal action against respondents No.4 to 6 in case FIR No.80 dated 09.08.2017 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Cantt. Ferozepur, District Ferozepur. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, is directed to look into representation dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 02.08.2018 (Annexure P-4) RAVINDER SINGH 2018.09.18 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document and decide the same after hearing the petitioner by passing a
