CRM-M-40900-2018 Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.35 dated 21.04.2018 under Sections 307, 324, 323, 34 IPC (final report has been presented under Sections 307, 324, 323, 325, 326, 34 IPC), registered at Police Station Jaitu, District Faridkot.

CRM-38189-2018 in/and CRM-M-40900-2018 (O&M) -2Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in judicial custody for the last more than six months and subsequent to filing the present petition, the matter stands compromised and the petitioner has already filed CRM-M-44912-2018, praying for quashing of the FIR, on the basis of compromise dated 27.09.2018. It is further submitted that in the said petition, a direction has been issued for recording the statements of the parties and they have already recorded their statements before the trial Court on 18.10.2018. This fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the complainants.
Learned State counsel, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, has also not disputed the factual position. Without commenting anything further on merits of the case, considering the aforesaid facts, this petition is allowed and the petitioner is directed to be released on regular bail subject to furnishing his bail/surety bond to the satisfaction of the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate/Duty Magistrate. Petition is disposed of.
