***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, but without commenting anything as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the instant petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Illaqa Magistrate concerned, so as to move an application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

In case the petitioner moves an application before the Illaqa Magistrate under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., the Illaqa Magistrate concerned shall do the needful so as to ensure that the same is disposed off expeditiously in accordance with law.
