HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Petitioner has impugned order dated 02.07.2019 arising out of FIR No.9 dated 15.01.2019 under Sections 307,148,149,506 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at P.S Dugri, District Police Commissionerate Ludhiana declaring him as proclaimed person. The petitioner is an accused in the aforestated FIR, which was registered on the complaint of respondent No.2. It is the case of the petitioner that he was not served any notice of such proceedings. On 19.07.2019, report under Section 173 Cr.P.C was presented after declaring the petitioner and co-accused Amandeep Singh @ Assa and Jaskaran Singh @ Jassa as proclaimed persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that it was never the intention of the petitioner to evade the process of law. The petitioner is ready and willing to appear before the trial Court to face the trial Court. The matter has since been compromised with the complainant. Notice of motion.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into account the facts of the present case, this petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner may appear before the learned trial Court on or before 06.08.2021. On his doing so, he shall be enlarged on bail by the trial Court subject to his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to its satisfaction. He shall also file an undertaking before the concerned Court to continue appearing as and when required apart from following all the terms and conditions fixed in this respect.

This shall, however, be subject to the petitioner depositing a sum of Rs.20,000/- with the High Court Bar Association Welfare Fund.
