(ORAL) The petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C in case bearing FIR No.15 dated 14.02.2026 under Sections 118(1), 115(2), 191(3), 190 & 117(2) of BNS (Sections 324, 323, 148, 149 & 325 IPC) at Police Station Ghuman Kalan, District Gurdaspur. None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. The learned State counsel on instructions submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is not required for further investigation in the case.

In view of aforesaid factual position, the interim order dated 07.04.2026 is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall keep on joining the investigation as and when required to do so and he shall abide by the conditions as envisaged under Section 482(2) BNSS. Petition stands disposed of.
