(ORAL) Present is the second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for the grant of regular bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.11 dated 20.01.2020, registered under Sections 380, 457 and 411 IPC, at Police Station Siwan, District Kaithal.

Learned State counsel submits that the trial is over in the present case and the petitioner has already been convicted as he has confessed to the crime.

Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he be allowed to withdraw this petition. Ordered accordingly.
