Present petition has been filed for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.1 to 4 to conclude investigation and take action as per investigation against the respondent Nos.5 to 12 as per law and present outcome of total investigation, in DDR No.23 dated 14.07.2025 in FIR No.83 dated 13.07.2025, under sections 109, 118(1), 115, 191(3), 190 of BNS (U/s 307/324/321/148/149 IPC) and 25/27 Arms Act, Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur, registered on the statement of the petitioner Shamsher Singh Brar.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to avail alternate remedy available to the petitioner, as per law.
