Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking a direction to official respondents to conduct a fair and impartial investigation pursuant to FIR No.138 dated 8.6.2014 registered at Police Station, Sadar Fazilka under Section 376 IPC. Learned State counsel seeks to place on record reply by way of affidavit of Baljit Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Fazilka. He submits that a cancellation report has been prepared and is likely to be filed before the competent court of jurisdiction shortly. In view of the fact that investigation has been completed, no further direction from this court is necessary. Dismissed.

However, petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedy available to her as per law.
