**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that in an FIR registered on 08.07.2016, a cancellation report was filed. However, later on son of petitioner, namely, Rameshwar Sharma handed over a pen drive, viz.-a-viz. the police sought permission and started further investigation which is still continuing. Given the nature of developments, this petition is disposed of. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
