(Oral) The present first petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to conduct a fair and impartial inquiry into complaint dated 02.04.2026 submitted by the petitioner and to register a criminal case against respondent No.6.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to avail alternative remedies as are available to him in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
