(ORAL) Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in cross case registered vide DDR No. 26 dated 12.12.2014 under Sections 302/307/324/452/427/148/149 IPC and Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act in FIR No. 261 dated 12.12.2014 registered at Police Station Lopoke, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the present petition, as the petitioner intends to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of 10 days from today.

Permission is granted.
