(ORAL) Learned State counsel, at the outset, submits that no proceedings are warranted before this Court qua quashing of FIR in question as after investigation, cancellation report has been prepared and same if not already filed will be filed in due course before the competent court.

In view of the aforesaid, I am of the view that no useful purpose would be served to continue with the proceedings in this Court, same are disposed of accordingly with an expectation that learned Court below shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the report prepared/filed by the investigating agency. Needless to say that respondent No.2, who opposes the present petition, is at liberty to file his objections, if so advised qua the cancellation report. Disposed of accordingly.
