CRM-M-40924-2018 -2Heard.

Considering the antecedents of the petitioner and that he kept on evading his arrest for five years and now, has been arrested on 30.06.2018 and the fact that he has also been found involved in many cases of cow slaughtering as well as in one case under Section 307 IPC at Saharanpur (UP), the petitioner does not deserve the concession of bail. The instant petition being meritless is dismissed.
