Petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0198 dated 14.12.2023, under Sections 454, 380 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station Division No.7, District Jalandhar.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, wishes to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.
