Notice of motion was issued in this case, as per the order dated 06.07.2021. Thereafter, as per the order dated 10.08.2021, it was noted that there were chances of amicable settlement between the parties and the matter was adjourned to 26.08.2021.

On 27.09.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Thereafter, on 30.11.2023 again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners.

On the last date of hearing, i.e. 18.05.2024 again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and even today, the position is the same.

Counsels for respondent No. 2 inform that though there was a compromise between the parties as per which both the parties agreed to withdraw cases filed by them against each other, however, after making a Nitin 2024.07.26 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
