(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail in complaint case No. 278/1 of 2008 dated 13.08.2008 under Sections 302/307/34 IPC, registered at P.S Sadar Distt Hisar but later on summoned under Section 304 IPC This Court vide order dated 25.11.2014 directed the petitioner to appear before the trial Court and submit his bail bonds.
