(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly pointed out that the matter is now at its fag end inasmuch as statements under Section 313 Cr.P.C. already stands recorded. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is disposed off with a direction to the trial Court to take all necessary steps for concluding the trial at the earliest. However, in case there is any delay in concluding the trial, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach this Court again.
