The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for directing respondent Nos.1 to 3 to complete the investigation and to submit the final report under Section 173(2) CrPC against respondent Nos.4 to 10 in FIR No.98 dated 28.07.2017 under Sections 326, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148 & 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 326 and 307 IPC added later on), registered at Police Station Julkan, District Patiala.

Learned counsel for the State has contended that the present petition has been rendered infructuous inasmuch as the accused in the present case have since been acquitted on 30.09.2022. 3.
In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
