RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.813 dated 15.08.2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Karnal City, District Karnal.

Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this petition in view of the fact that none of the prosecution witnesses has supported the prosecution story.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
