(Oral) The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing of the complaint case No.29 of 2012 (Annexure P-1) dated 03.10.2012 titled as "Major Singh versus Jagjit Singh and others" under Sections 436/427/451/395/353/186/148 and 149 IPC pending in the Court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mansa, in which the petitioners have been summoned to face trial vide order dated 10.10.2014 (Annexure P2) and all consequential and incident proceedings arising therefrom. None appears on behalf of the petitioners.

The learned counsel for the complainant-respondent submits that as per his instructions all the accused have since been acquitted. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Disposed of.
