Post, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already been granted regular bail and the said fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.
In view of the above submissions, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
