(ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.01/20, dated 15.01.2020, registered under Section 3 of The Railway Property (Unlawful Possession) Act, 1966, registered at Police Station R.P.F. Post, Sirhind, District Fatehgarh Sahib.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous, as the petitioner has already been granted regular bail and the said fact is not disputed by learned State counsel.

In view of the above submissions, present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
