**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) State counsel opposes the maintainability of the present peƟƟon on the ground that grant of an arm licence is not a statutory right and he can challenge the order if any on the ground of arbitrariness. He further submits that appropriate remedy is the Writ jurisdicƟon and this Court has no jurisdicƟon under SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C to issue any such direcƟon.
