The present petition has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 for issuance of directions to the official respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.3 and 4.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty reserved to the petitioners to file afresh with better particulars.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
