The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, seeking quashing of FIR No. 81 dated 01.08.2024 under Section 13 of Punjab Travel Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 registered at Police Station Division No.7, Jalandhar alongwith consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points at the time of framing of charges.
