(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for setting aside impugned order dated 19.10.2006 (Annexure P1) of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, SBS Nagar, whereby petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender in case FIR No.50 dated 15.06.1996 registered under Sections 307, 326, 325, 324, 323, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Balachaur, District SBS Nagar. Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within one month and shall be released on bail, subject to his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to the satisfaction to the trial Court.
