Yogender Kumar, Sub Divisional Officer, Panchayati Raj, BDPO, Block Sirsa Dabwali Road, Odhan, Sirsa (Respondent No.7), submits that in view of the Report (Annexure P-5) of the Executive Engineer, there appears to be no impediment in continuing with the pending work pertaining to the construction of Panchayat Ghar and CSC Room at this stage, and accordingly work upon the said project will be started within a day. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission of Respondent No.7, the Writ Petition stands disposed off as having been rendered infructuous. 3.

Respondent No.7 shall however be bound by the aforesaid submission.
