Learned counsel for the petitioners' states that the matter stands settled between the parties and that the execution petition pending before the Executing Court concerned stands disposed off being fully satisfied and hence the learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
