(ORAL) Learned counsel for the appellant fairly points out at the outset that the matter in issue is squarely covered by the order and judgment dated 30.03.2009, rendered by this Court in RFA No. 2785 of 2002, titled "Hari Singh and another v. Union Territory, Chandigarh", and other connected matters, vide which the compensation awarded to the claimants/landowners was enhanced by this Court and the appeals filed by the Union Territory, Chandigarh, were dismissed. As a necessary consequence, this appeal too shall have to be dismissed.

Ordered accordingly.
