**** JAGMOHAN BANSAL , J. (Oral) Through instant petition under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the petitioners are seeking quashing of order dated 31.07.2015 (Annexure P-4) whereby Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sri Anandpur Sahib has declared them proclaimed persons in FIR No. 0012 dated 17.07.2014, under Sections 498-A, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station NRI, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar.

Mr.Shiva Khurmi, Asstt. A.G., Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court does not dispute the fact that this Court has quashed FIR which is foundation of impugned order.

Mr.Surinder Sharma, Advocate has filed his power of attorney on behalf of respondent No.2, which is taken on record. He submits that impugned order in view of compromise, may be quashed. In view of order of even date i.e. 27.04.2023 passed in CRMM-53286-2022, present petition deserves to be allowed and accordingly allowed.
