Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.91 dated 17.04.2015 under Sections 15, 18, 21, 22 and 29 of the NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Nakodar, District Jalandhar. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that earlier petitioner was in custody and she was granted interim regular bail with the undertaking that petitioner will surrender before the Court in case contraband turns out to be of commercial quantity on receipt of report of Chemical Examiner. Now, as per the allegations, the petitioner has absented from the proceedings and non-bailable warrants have been issued against her. Keeping in view the above facts, I find that no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
