This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 20.11.2024 passed in CWP-1773-2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the State has filed a compliance report by way of affidavit of Shena Aggrawal, Joint Development Commissioner, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats, Punjab, alongwith a speaking order dated 17.04.2025 (Annexure R-1), which is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. 3.
In view of the compliance report, the present petition is disposed off. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
