Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to take action against respondents No. 4 and 5 and to take action on the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-4).

While issuing notice of motion, following order was passed by this Court on 25.11.2014:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner shall deposit the outstanding amount to the tune of Rs. 49,000/- within one week from today. Thereafter, the petitioner shall keep on paying the balance installments regularly as and when they fall due.

In case, petitioner deposits the outstanding installments within one week from today, the respondents No. 4 and 5 are directed to release the vehicle in question to the petitioner forthwith." Learned counsel for respondents No. 4 and 5 has submitted that petitioner has failed to deposit the outstanding amount till date with respondents No. 4 and 5. In these circumstances, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.
