(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that Ashutosh Yadev @ Mushkan and Pooja, present petitioners have entered into wedlock at their own, in defiance of parents of petitioner no. 2 i.e. private respondents no. 4 and 5. However, without feeling to advert on the very legality and the fact of the marriage, the present petition, which is sought to be opposed on behalf of respondents no. 4 and 5 by Ms. Manjari Joshi, Advocate, is disposed of with the direction to official respondents to take appropriate steps within the framework of law to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners, in case any incident is brought to their notice without loss of time.
