(Oral) Prayer in this petition, filed under Section 438, Cr.P.C., is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, Karan Singh, son of Dhian Singh, resident of village Gole, Tehsil and District Pathankot, who has been booked for having committed the offences punishable under Sections 120-B, 419, 420, 467, 468 and 471, IPC, and Sections 13(1)(d) and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, in a case arising out of FIR No. 15, dated 22.9.2015, registered at Police Station, Vigilance Bureau, District PRASHANT KAPOOR 2016.02.15 14:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Niranjan Singh of Police Station, Vigilance Bureau, Amritsar, submits that in compliance of the order dated 3.12.2015, passed by this Court, the petitioner did join the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties and perusing the material available on record, the present petition is allowed. The interim directions issued vide order dated 3.12.2015, are made absolute. The petitioner shall continue to join investigation as and when required to do so and abide by all the conditions laid down under Section 438(2), Cr.P.C.
