Versus
State of Haryana and others ....Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANITA CHAUDHRY
Present:
Mr. Mohd. Arshad, Advocate for the petitioner.
**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J The petitioner is seeking directions to the investigating officer to scientifically carry out investigation in FIR No. 229 dated 27.6.2018 registered under Section 304-B, 34 IPC at Police Station Tauru, District Mewat-Nuh. He is also seeking transfer of the investigation to some other independent agency like the Crime Branch.
I have heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The deceased was married in March 2015. The allegations were levelled in the FIR against the family members and the police has registered the case.
The main submission of the petitioner is that the FIR has not been lodged by the father and mother and the complaint has been given by the uncle and the case was false and even the minor daughter of the petitioner who was a student has been named. The counsel urges that it was a case of suicide and the FIR has been registered under Section 304-B IPC with a view to usurp money from the petitioner.
