MEHTA, J.(Oral) By filing the instant revision-petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner-husband has sought the indulgence of this Court for the issuance of direction to learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, to decide the Divorce Petition bearing No.HMA/227 of 2022 titled as 'Rajneesh Kharab Versus Pooja', in a time-bound manner, while averring that he (petitioner) had filed the abovereferred petition about two years ago and the same has not yet been decided.

I have heard learned counsel appearing for the revisionistpetitioner in the present revision-petition, at the preliminary stage and have also gone through the file carefully.

CR No.2797 of 2024 -23. Keeping in view the facts that the afore-referred Divorce Petition had been filed in the year 2022 and as per Annexure P-2 (colly), i.e the copies of the orders passed in the above-said petition, the trial is yet to commence in the same as well as the provisions contained in Section 21-B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and without commenting or expressing any opinion on the merits of the afore-mentioned Divorce Petition, the revision-petition in hand is, hereby, disposed of with a direction to the concerned Family Court to conclude the proceedings in the Divorce Petition under reference and to decide it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
