SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for arresting the accused and fair and proper investigation of FIR No.250 dated 05.09.2022 under Sections 323/302/34 IPC registered at Police Station City Nuh, District Nuh.

Learned State counsel on instructions from Inspector Satpal Singh contends that the cancellation report has been filed on 05.04.2024 in the competent Court.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the petition stands disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
