This is a second petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No.

dated 20.06.2015 under sections 420/406/467/468/471/120-B IPC at Police Station Barnala district Barnala.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he took `22.00 lacs from the complainant on the pretext of sending brother of the complainant namely Maninder Singh abroad. Petitioner has relied upon compromise in the shape of affidavit, Annexure P-2. Stand of the State is that there is no compromise between the parties and petitioner is involved in two other cases of similar nature. He, on instructions from ASI Darshan Singh, who is present in court, submits that challan has already been presented and case is fixed for consideration of charge on 14.12.2015. Under the circumstances, no case for enlarging the petitioner on bail is made out at this stage. Dismissed.
