RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondents to conduct fair investigation in case FIR No.43 dated 09.05.2016 registered under Sections 427, 447, 511, 506 and 34 IPC at Police Station Sadar Abohar, District Fazilka.

Learned State counsel, producing the status report by way of affidavit of Rashpal Singh PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Fazilka, District Fazilka, on instructions from H.C. Mukhtiar Singh, submits that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. would be filed in Court within three weeks.

In view of above, instant petition is disposed of with the observation that learned State counsel shall be bound by his above undertaking.
