FIR No. Dated Police Station Sections 118 27.02.2016 Urban Estate, Rohtak (now CBI case RC14(S)/2016/SCB/CHG 148, 149, 186, 188, 307, 353, 395, 427, 436, 452, 120-B IPC and 25/54/59 of Arms Act and 3, 4 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act Seeking transfer of trial in the FIR captioned above from the court of Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Rohtak to Principal Magistrate, Juvenile Justice Board, Panchkula, the petitioner-CBI has come up before this Court under Section 482 read with 407 CrPC.

Counsel for CBI submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous because the trial has concluded and all the accused stands acquitted.
