Vide order dated 26.11.2014 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioners were granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer. Learned Counsel for both the sides submit that the parties have complied with the directions issued vide order dated 10.12.2014 and nothing survives except getting the matter quashed and they have no objection in allowing bail to the petitioners. In this view of the matter, being a pure matrimonial dispute which has been resolved, the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 26.11.2014 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioners will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The petition stands disposed off accordingly. "
