A similar petition filed by co-accused of the petitioner has been allowed. The petitioner is alleged to have retained the stolen property. He has been in custody since 12.7.2016. Challan has already been presented. The petitioner in said circumstances can be granted the concession of bail. The petition is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds/ surety bonds to the satisfaction of the trial court. The petitioner will not commit the similar offence, of which he is accused of, during pendency of the trial. It will be open to the prosecution agency to seek cancellation of bail in case the petitioner is found committing the similar acts.
