**** JITENDRA CHAUHAN, J. (Oral) The matter has been taken up through video-conferencing in the light of the pandemic COVID-19 situation and as per instructions. Learned counsel for the respondent has circulated a chart through e-mail issued by the Superintending Engineer, O&M Cell, Municipal Corporation, Jalandhar whereby the chart of the payment made to the petitioner has been indicated. The same is taken on record as Mark 'A'. Learned Senior counsel states that the most of the payment has been received, however, certain amount still remains to be paid. In view of the payment made, the Court feels that this petition has been rendered infructous. However, if the petitioner still feels that certain amount has not been paid, the petitioner shall be free to make a representation before the competent authority to look into the same and pass consequential order expeditiously.

Disposed of accordingly.
