This petition has been filed for directing respondents No.1 to 3 to take action on the complaints dated 19.09.2017 and 22.09.2017, Annexures P1 and P2, respectively As per reply filed by way of affidavit dated 07/12.12.2017 of Mr. Raj Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Head Quarter, Kurukshetra on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4, it is specifically stated that the allegations levelled by the petitioner were found to be incorrect and no cognizable offence was found to be made out. The petitioner has moved an application i.e., CRM No.2314 of 2018 seeking withdrawal of this petition. This application is duly supported by the petitioner's affidavit.

In view of the same, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. ( LISA GILL ) March 26 , 2018.
