(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking direction to the respondents to release their land along with house, shops as well as Ripper/Aara machine built on this land, situated in village Dhand, Tehsil Dhand and District Kaithal, in view of policy dated 14.09.2018 (P-2). Learned State counsel has shown the letter dated 20.02.2022 wirtten by office of the Market Committee Dhand (Kaithal). The letter is taken on record as Annexure A-1. As per this letter, there is a shortfall of area of developed mandi. There is no other suitable vacant land near the Dhand Mandi.

This land is very much suitable for the farmers, as this land falls just in front of the developed Ext New Grain Market and near the main Kaithal-Kurukshetra road and easy transportation facilities are available for the farmers and traders. The prices of land have become much higher and in GAURAV ARORA 2022.07.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take alternative remedy, in accordance with law, if so advised.
